Lucas County Dogs for Adoption: 1-23

Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Canine Care & Control office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $100 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

Labrador retriever mix, black female, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (dog had age-related illness), surrendered by Todd Easterwood, Claxton Street, Toledo.

Beagle mix, white and brown male, licensed, owner requested euthanasia (dog had age-related illness), surrendered by Kathy Brown, Monclova Road, Monclova Township.

Shiba inu mix, tan female, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (dog had cancer, seizures), surrendered by Ariane Hart, Cypress Lane, Toledo.

Pointer mix, white and black female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/food guarder, Western Avenue, Toledo, stray.

Boxer mix, orange and black male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/food guarder, Warsaw Street, Toledo, running at large.

“Pit bull,” white and brown female, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/body handling, Orchard Street, Toledo, running at large.

German shepherd mix, orange female, unlicensed, aggressive/unsafe, Vance Street, Toledo, running at large.
