Dogs remain available at the Lucas County Canine Care & Control Office, 410 South Erie St., Toledo. For information, call 419-213-2800.

For a complete list of available dogs, go to lucascountydogs.petfinder.com. A $100 adoption fee includes spay-neuter, a heartworm check, microchip ID, vaccinations, and a behavioral evaluation.

“Pit bull” mix, black and orange female, unlicensed, aggressive/​unsafe, surrendered by Julie Matlock, Wilford Drive, Sylvania Township.

“Pit bull,” brindle male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/​dog aggression (scored 4 out of 4 on April 10), Ferris Avenue, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

German shepherd mix, orange male, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (bite history), surrendered by Darren Washington, Dorr Street, Toledo.

Rottweiler mix, black and tan female, unlicensed, owner requested euthanasia (elderly, unable to stand), surrendered by Loise Kelley, Weston Street, Toledo.

Chow chow mix, brindle and white male, unlicensed, bite history, White Street, Toledo, stray brought to the shelter.

“Pit bull” mix, white and tan male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/​body handling (scored 4/​5 on April 6), Linda Drive, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

“Pit bull”/​chow chow mix, black and brown male, unlicensed, failed behavior evaluation/​dog aggression (scored 3/​4 on April 11), Spencer Street, Toledo, stray picked up by a control officer.

“Pit bull,” tan and white male, unlicensed, attempted to bite staff while being handled, Fifth Street, Toledo, stray brought to the shelter.
