Downtown Sylvania car show: 5-18

On the Town: Innocent fun at Gridiron

HEAR Ye, Hear Ye. The Order of the Heel Award was presented to Jeni Belt, a partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick who has an expertise in health law, during the Toledo Junior Bar Association Gridiron Wednesday at the Valentine Theatre. Barbara also visits the Toledo Symphony League Gala “Friday Night Lights” and the Elinor “Ellie” Shutts Baker on May 11 at Carranor Hunt and Polo Club in Perrysburg.

Lourdes University commencement

Lourdes University held its 55th commencement on May 18 at SeaGate Convention Centre in downtown Toledo. Hundreds of people turned out to celebrate the commencement of students graduating with everything from associate to bachelor to master to honorary doctoral degrees. Singing karaoke to raise money

A live karaoke night was presented by the Perrysburg Musical Theatre Company and included a silent auction, raffle and snacks.
