PORT CLINTON — Nathan Stubblefield poured in a 40 points Saturday night to pace the Redskins in a boys basketball game.
The sophomore hit six 3-pointers for Port Clinton (4-7). Carter Rumball added 14.
For the Little Giants (8-3), Jarvis Jones tallied 17, Grant McConnell 15, and Jack Gedeon 10.
Lake 55, Swanton 47
Connor Bowen scored 28 points to help the Flyers remain undefeated.
Bowen scored nine points in the fourth quarter as Lake (11-0, 5-0) pulled away from Swanton, which led 24-20 at halftime.
Bryce McComb led the Bulldogs (5-6, 1-2) with 18. Robbie Gilsdorf added 12.
Bryan 43, Maumee 41
Alex Thiel scored 12 points to help Bryan (5-5) rally from an eight-point deficit at halftime on the road.
The Panthers led 31-23 but scored only two points in the third quarter.
Brian Utter led Maumee (2-8) with 10 points.
Clay 66, Northview 59
Three players scored in double figures in Clay’s nonleague win against Northview.
Anthony Ramirez led Clay (2-10) with 23 points, while Pat Booth scored 19, and Andrew McCrory added 16.
Aerin West scored 18 points for Northview (2-10), which trailed 31-20 at halftime but cut Clay’s lead to three in the fourth quarter.
Anthony Wayne 46, St. Francis 40
In a tough, grind-it-out game, the Generals (6-2) were led by Matt Fox with 12 and Hunter Johnson with 10.
Devin Metzger had 11 for the Knights (2-9).
St. Wendelin 53, Monclova Christian 42
Gabe Walters scored 14 points to help the Mohawks (5-5) win on the road. Jim Rutter added 13.
Tom Lachance scored 19 points for Monclova Christian.
Defiance 47, Wauseon 39
WAUSEON — Wes Detter paced Defiance (8-2) with 17 points and Trey Guilliam added 10.
The Indians (9-3) were led by Noah Castle 16 points.
Gibsonburg 70, Woodmore 44
GIBSONBURG — Jordan Kreglow scored 20 points as Gibsonburg (7-2) cruised.
Tyler Ernsthausen added 17 and Andrew Cantrell 14 for the Golden Bears.
Grant Weis tallied 14 points to lead Woodmore (1-10).
Emmanuel Christian 49, Northwood 18
The Warriors (3-7, 1-5 TAAC) were paced at home by Aaron Schwiderer’s 11 points.
The Rangers dropped to 0-9, 0-6.
Milan 63, Springfield 56
Donovan Verges scored 20 points to pace visiting Milan (Mich.). Latin Davis added 16 and Nick Perkins had 12.
Manny Durden poured in 27 points for the Blue Devils. (7-3) Mason Durden scored 10.
Findlay 55, Ottawa-Glandorf 36
FINDLAY — Adam Twining scored 14 points and Grant McKinniss added 11 for the Trojans (10-2).
Cody Alt scored eight points to lead the Titans (7-4).
Napoleon 41, Bowling Green 40
NAPOLEON — The Wildcats outscored Bowling Green 9-8 in the final quarter to sneak away with a win.
Zach Willeman led Napoleon (5-6) with 11 points.
Trent Hinton paced Bowling Green (2-9) with 15 points.
Delta 93, North Central 51
DELTA — Noah Munger scored 14 of his 17 points by halftime, when the Panthers led 49-25, on their way to a home win.
Justin Callahan and Bailey Monroe both scored 13 for Delta (8-1), and Scott Garlinger added 11.
Ten different Panthers scored.
Josh Sawyer led North Central (1-10) with 19 points, and Clayton Ferguson had 13.
Waite 58, Marion Harding 51
MARION — Phillip Darrington scored 16 points and Taywyn Mason and Kelvin Downer each added 12 in Waite’s win at Marion Harding (0-10).
Waite (5-5) trailed 26-21 at halftime. Jesse Ansley led Marion Harding with 18 points.
Scott 71, Temple Christian 33
Chris Darrington and Trey Brown led the way with 12 points each for the Bulldogs in a home win.
Jay Wells added 10 for Scott (5-4).
Emonde Adkins scored 13 points for Mansfield Temple Christian.
Sandusky St. Mary 81, Cardinal Stritch 60
Austin Adams scored 24 points for Cardinal Stritch in a nonleague loss.
Austin Pratt added 12 points for Stritch (5-4), which trailed 41-33 at halftime. Denarius Harris led Sandusky St. Mary’s (8-1) with 26 points.
Elida 67, Archbold 56
ARCHBOLD — A 27-11 first quarter deficit doomed Archbold (7-3).
Dakota Mathias poured in 21 points to lead Elida (9-2), while Austin Allemeier added 18 points and Louis Gray 15.
Luke Fisher paced Archbold with 20 points and Tyson Schnitkey scored 17 points.
