The model, 4709 Lakeside Drive, is a perfect showcase of McCarthy’s work. The townhomes rise two stories and are faced with vinyl siding, shake, and stone. Carriage house-look garage doors face the front; the mullioned front entry doors are tucked in alongside, protected from the weather.
