It's time for property owners of the state of Ohio to get real-estate tax relief by a new law for the sales tax. With the housing industry in such disarray and my neighbors being foreclosed on left and right, it's time to pass new laws to help us homeowners out.
Indiana has done this and limits the homeowner to 1 percent of their home's assessed value, which has lowered real-estate taxes 30 percent this year.
