Memorial Day weekend is a good time to visit the Toledo Farmers’ Market. On Saturday and May 26, farmers will sell baked goods, produce, and meats. Shoppers also can enjoy fair-style foods, such as kettle corn, hot dogs, Italian sausage, gyros, barbecue ribs, onion rings, and fries.

Next Sunday, the annual Flower Day at the market, 35 growers and greenhouses will sell flowers and plants. This event is the largest such sale in northwest Ohio.

The Toledo Farmers’ Market is at the corner of Market and Superior streets. Parking will be available along Erie Street and throughout the Warehouse District.
