The Bedford Flower and Garden Club s 13th annual Garden Tour, A Walk Through Time, takes place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 11 and features six gardens. Toledo historical and architectural cruises on the Maumee River aboard the Sandpiper boat are presented by the Maumee Valley Heritage Corridor. The two-hour cruises take place from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Aug. 10 and 1p.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 6. Local historian Fred Folger tells stories and points out sights.
