Remembering the homeless

Roughly 1,000 people in Toledo are homeless at any time; 3,000 of them lack housing at some point in the year. Toledo does not have large numbers of people sleeping in parks, under bridges, or inside vacant buildings, as do many large and mid-sized cities.
