With Good Friday and Easter Sunday, churches will be busy this weekend, including some Easter egg hunts.
Here's a roundup of activities for the weekend:
Artist Jennifer Solon has a collection of pieces called A Sense of Surface for the public to see at the city of Perrysburg Administration Building, 201 W. Indiana Ave. She has been a featured artist on Quilting Arts TV and has been published in Quilting Arts Magazine. The exhibit will be available to check out from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until April 15.
At the Funny Bone Comedy Club: Fat Fish Blue, 6140 Levis Commons Blvd., comedian Lavell Crawford has several performances on tap: Friday at 8 and 10:30 p.m., and Saturday at 7 and 10 p.m. Mr. Crawford was runner-up on Comedy Central's Last Comic Standing and Laugh Riots Stand Up Competition.
Zoar Lutheran Church, at 314 E. Indiana Ave., will have one at 10 a.m. Saturday for families and children who are in 2nd grade and younger.
St. Timothy Episcopal Church will have one at 11 a.m. Sunday morning. The church is located at 871 E. Boundary St.
The First Presbyterian Church in Perrysburg will have one at 11:15 a.m. Sunday, following its service. The church is at 200 E. Second St.
G.I. Joe: Retaliation came to big screens this week and has a variety of show times at Rave Cinema in Levis Commons. The movie is PG-13 and has stars Dwayne Johnson 'The Rock', Bruce Willis, and Channing Tatum.
