Trained therapy dogs gave young readers an opportunity to practice their reading skills Monday at Way Public Library.
Children, from those entering first grade and through fourth grade, were able to sign up for a 15 minute one-on-one reading session with a dog who would politely listen.

The activity takes place in the Mercy Family Activity Room on Monday nights from 7 to 8 p.m.
To register for future Monday's, call the youth services department at the library at 419-874-3135, extension 116.
