Perrysburg Township Trustees accepting bids for demolition of old Lime City School

Perrysburg Township Trustees will seek bids for demolition of the old Lime City School they purchased from Rossford Schools last year.

Township Administrator Walter Celley said the structure is in bad shape and needs to be torn down. Trustees voted unanimously to seek the bids at a township meeting today.

The Rossford Board of Education sold the unused building to the township in September for $110,600.

The building, across the road from the township's government complex on Lime City Road, at one time was Lime City School, but was without utility service and not usable.
