DELPHOS, Ohio - A cross was placed on private property and set on fire yesterday in
the 200 block of East Sixth Street in the Allen County community of Delphos, police said.
Investigators are looking for information about the incident which occurred sometime
between midnight and 7 a.m. at the house where two women - one white and the other black - live.
A burning cross is considered to be a racist symbol.
