1 killed in crash on Rt. 25

One person was killed and another injured when a pickup truck and snowplow collided just after 2 p.m. Saturday on southbound State Rt. 25 at Reitz Road in Perrysburg Township, troopers at the Bowling Green post of the Ohio Highway Patrol said.

A medical helicopter took a patient to University of Toledo Medical Center, the former Medical College of Ohio Hospital.

Route 25’s southbound lanes remained closed at 4:15 p.m. Troopers were still on the scene.
