The Sandusky post of the Ohio Highway Patrol continues to investigate a four-vehicle injury crash that occurred on U.S. 250 north of milepost 4, just after 12 p.m. on Monday afternoon.
All four vehicles were traveling northbound on U.S. 250. When a 2009 Mack truck, driven by Monroe resident Raymond Delucia, 51, failed to stop with traffic, the vehicle rear-ended a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica driven by Berlin Heights resident Tonya Myers, 70. The incident caused a chain reaction.
Casandra Cutshall, 38 of Oregon, who was driving a 2003 Toyota Corolla was also then rear-ended by a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, driven by Oregon resident Bryan Billups, 48.
Mr. Delucia did not have any injuries. Ms. Myers and her passenger, John Myers, 75 were transported to Fireland's Hospital, along with Ms. Cutshall. All three were treated and released, as of Friday evening.
The Perkins Police Department and Perkins Township Fire/EMS department assisted at the scene. The northbound lanes of U.S. 250 were closed for about half an hour because of the accident.
