Authorities were called after motorists driving northbound on I-280 near the Front Street interchange Tuesday saw what they believed was a man sitting atop a billboard for Woodville Auto Finance, above. Upon further investigation, the seemingly brave sign-sitter turned out to be a mannequin, at left.
