ROCKY RIDGE, Ohio — Two people were injured in a one-vehicle crash early Sunday morning just west of Rocky Ridge in Ottawa County, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred about 2:30 a.m. on True Road, just east of Stange Road in Benton Township.

Both occupants were taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, according to the patrol, which said one was flown and one went by ambulance.

One of the injured was treated and released Sunday, according to the patrol.

The patrol had returned to the scene early this morning — more than 20 hours after the crash — for further investigation. Names of the injured were not yet available from the patrol early this morning.
