Two Lucas County commissioners and their challengers in the Nov. 2 general election are scheduled to participate in a public debate on Thursday at Nitschke Hall at the University of Toledo's College of Engineering.
Democratic Commissioner Tina Skeldon Wozniak and Republican challenger Lynn Olman, a state representative, will debate beginning at 7 p.m. Democratic Commissioner Harry Barlos, running as an Independent, will debate Democratic challenger Peter Gerken, who is a Toledo city councilman, starting at 8:15 p.m.
