Ohio State officials said yesterday financial aid would increase proportionally to the tuition hike so that needy students could still attend.
Tuition has been frozen for three years.
Several other state schools, including the Ohio University and the University of Cincinnati, also are raising tuition by 7 percent by the fall.39.96196 -83.00298
