The warm kiss of spring was planted on the Toledo area for a third straight day as temperatures reached 86 degrees at 3:49 p.m. yesterday, tying the previous high mark set in 1896, according to the National Weather Service.
Monday's high was 85, and the mercury Tuesday reached 88, both of which were record-breakers.
