WINTER BLANKETS NORTHWEST OHIO

With the tallest buildings of the downtown skyline in the background, piles of dirt and stone at the site of the former Toledo Sports Arena on the east side of the Maumee River are blanketed after the snowfall Sunday night and yesterday.
