Agriculture day slated for Aug. 5


The third annual Northwest Ohio Precision Agriculture Technology Day will be held from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 5 at the Fulton County Fairgrounds near Wauseon.

The event will focus on combines, precision harvest technology, grain handling, and data collection. Participants will hear from industry professionals in a variety of fields, including academia and law enforcement. The event will also feature several demonstrations, including the demonstration of a drone that can collect data imagery helpful to farmers.

The event is free and the public is welcome, but guests must RSVP to the OSU Extension Office at 419-337-9210 or email herring.72@osu.edu. An agenda can be viewed at fulton.osu.edu.
