Librarian Jessica Agocs, above, serves some banana fritters to Delana Douglas, 9, during a session at the Birmingham branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library on Paine Avenue in East Toledo last week. Children in grades six through 12 learned about Mehndi, the ancient art of human tattooing, and got to paint themselves with washable body paints and eat traditional Indian food.
