Dec. 4 trial set in suit over flying-bra crash
A Dec. 4 trial has been set in a civil case that centers on the role that a teen's flying red bra may have played in a Sept. 26 accident on I-75.
James Campbell, 37, of Toledo, claims his vehicle flipped and wound up in a median because he swerved to avoid a bra that flew off a car's antenna.
Mr. Campbell incurred a broken vertebra and a fractured thumb. A passenger, Jeff Long, 40, of Toledo, broke two ribs.
Named as defendants are Emily Davis and Tabitha Adams, both 17 and of Bowling Green; Angelia Church, 17, of Northwood; and Robin Straub, 16, of Perrysburg.
