Attorney general says employee never in pajamas in his apartment

COLUMBUS — Attorney General Marc Dann denies that his 28-year-old scheduler was ever wearing pajamas in his apartment.

That claim was made by two other female employees in a sexual harassment allegation filed against a male co-worker who at one point shared a home in suburban Dublin with Dann and Leo Jennings, Dann’s communications chief.

The two 26-year-old women say scheduler Jessica Utovich was in the home in her pajamas the night one of them alleges she was sexually harassed by 50-year-old Anthony Gutierrez.

Jennings, the office spokesman, said Thursday that Utovich declined comment.
Dann has withdrawn himself from overseeing an internal investigation of the harassment claims.
