The percentage of Toledo-area mortgage loans that are at least three months overdue continues to decline.
The percentage fell to 5.38 percent in April from 5.61 percent in March, according to CoreLogic, a California real estate data firm.
In April, 2012, the rate was 6.15 percent, and it was over 7 percent in early 2011.
