1 whole chicken breast (skinned, boned, and cut into 1-inch chunks)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 14.5-ounce can chopped Italian tomatoes
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups precooked spaghetti noodles
In a medium pan, saute chicken chunks slowly in olive oil. Add seasonings, tomatoes, and mixed vegetables. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over pasta.
Yield: 3-4 servings
