1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, reconstituted
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup fresh sour cream
4 ounces green onions, cut on diagonals
2 ounces fresh domestic mushrooms, sliced
6 ounces asiago cheese
Squeeze water out of the tomatoes. Rinse green onions and slice them. Place mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl and mix for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 2 minutes.
Yield: 2 cups
