1 6-ounce can frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 large scoops (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
Purple sprinkles, optional
Whipped cream, optional
In blender container or food processor bowl, place grape juice concentrate, milk, and lemon juice; cover. Blend or process 1 minute. Add ice cream; process until smooth. Pour into glasses; top with whipped cream and candy sprinkles. Serve immediately.
