Most city, county, state, and federal offices are closed today in observance of Presidents Day. Auto title offices also are closed.
Maumee, Rossford, and Oregon city offices are open, but Oregon Municipal Court is closed.

Banks, financial institutions, and banking centers are closed. However, Fifth Third Bank Mart locations in Kroger stores are open regular hours, as is Sky Bank's banking center in Westfield Shoppingtown Franklin Park.
Shopping centers and malls are open regular hours.
Area colleges and universities are open and classes held, but public and parochial elementary and high schools are closed.
Toledo Edison office and phone service and Columbia Gas' phone center are open regular hours.
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library and branches are open.
There is no mail delivery and no window services at the Main Post Office or any of the classified stations or branches. Mail is being collected.
Express Mail service is available from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit is open from noon to 6 p.m.
Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses is operating on a regular schedule.
Trash pickup is on a regular schedule in Toledo and outlying areas except Ottawa Hills and Perrysburg, where garbage pickup is delayed a day through the remainder of the week.
Metered parking in downtown Toledo is free.
