Dain Thunert sprays a mixture of water, cement, and foam into the arches of the Martin Luther King, Jr., Bridge to replace the tons of sand and gravel that had filled the arches previously. The mixture, all 11,000 cubic yards of it, will fill the arches, then be paved over.
