OAK HARBOR, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Natural Resources will install a marker at Magee Marsh State Wildlife Area in Ottawa County tomorrow because the area is a living remnant of Ohio's Black Swamp.
The marker will be unveiled at 2 p.m. at the Magee Marsh Sportsmen's Migratory Bird Center, 13229 State Rt. 2.
ODNR is erecting similar markers this summer at 10 natural history sites throughout Ohio as part of the state's bicentennial.
