A trencher spews dust as it grinds a path for a sewer line along West Wooster Street in Bowling Green. A $6 million widening project has begun, and it will leave portions of the road torn up for nearly two years. By the end of this year, West Wooster should have five lanes between Mercer Road and I-75. Some BGSU access roads will be blocked.
