Families and seniors over 62 who need Christmas food baskets or toys for infants or childen up to age 12 can apply to the Salvation Army's Christmas Clearing Bureau.
Applications will be taken from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, from Tuesday through Nov. 19 at the Salvation Army Citadel Corps Church, 752 Main St.
Applicants need a current picture ID, Social Security numbers, and proof of income for everyone in the household, birth certificates of all children, proof of custody if the child is not a birth child, and proof of residence.
