Despite threatening skies and rain, hundreds of people lined Dustin Road for the grand parade during the Oregon Festival on Sunday. This year's highlights included a Civil War re-enactment encampment by the 21st Ohio Volunteer Light Artillery Unit, flower sale, carnival rides, visits from pageant celebrities, and an air ambulance fly-in.
