Jason Adams, 21, uses the Internet on a computer at the new Lagrange branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library. Mr. Adams, a sophomore at the University of Toledo, said he uses the library to do research and to write papers for his classes. Though the
branch has been open since July, a grand opening was held yesterday, attended by local elected offi cials, for the $1.5 million, 9,000-square-foot branch at 3422 Lagrange St.
