Banana Berry Punch

6 bananas, ripe

3 pints fresh raspberries

1 12-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 6-ounce can frozen lemon juice concentrate

2 cups pineapple juice

2 cups water

2 quarts 7-Up

Berry-flavored vodka or rum, optional

In a blender, combine bananas, 2 pints of the raspberries, the juice concentrates, and pineapple juice, and water and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, cover and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving. Mix with 7-Up in a punch bowl just before serving. Float remaining fresh raspberries in punch. If desired, add an ounce of berry-flavored rum or vodka to each serving.

Yield: 16 servings
