Ham Loaf

1 pound ground pork

pound ham, ground

cup milk

1 egg

cup bread crumbs

1 tablespoon instant tapioca

teaspoon prepared horseradish

Sauce:

cup ketchup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

In large bowl, mix together all ingredients for ham loaf with wooden spoon or hands until well blended. Place mixture in loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Mix ingredients for sauce and pour over ham loaf and bake another 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Slice to serve.

Yield: 6 servings
