Eagle Scout honors fallen Elmore officer

Clark Jividen, 17, of Woodmore, memorializes Elmore Police officer Jose "Andy" Chavez in his Eagle Scout project in Walter Ory Park in Elmore, Ohio. Jividen, a masonry student at Penta Career Center, poured a concrete slab on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, for a table and bench he had built in Chavez' honor; he also wanted Chavez' children and widow to put their handprints in the concrete.
