    Sylvania Triathlon and Duathlon

    Hundreds of athletes gathered at Olander Park and Tam-O-Shanter to participate in the 35th annual Sylvania Triathlon and Duathlon. Some competitors chose to partake in the Olympic Triathlon with a 1.5 kilometer open swim in Lake Olander, followed by a 40 kilometer bike race. The race finished with a 10-kilometer run.     Church choirs going to Vatican

    Church choirs in West Toledo and Perrysburg are moving ahead with a planned trip to the Vatican this Christmas season to perform for Pope Francis.
