Top players: Seniors Andrew Foore, 5-6, 151, RB-DB; Jacob Reisinger, 5-8, 195, OL-LB; Jordan Schnabel, 6-0, 140, WR-DB; Tony Veller, 6-2, 170, QB-DB; Trevor Prentice, 6-1, 170, K-P.
Outlook: The Bulldogs are among the teams in the NWOAL looking to show improvement from a challenging season.
Witker enters into his second season in charge and has a better handle on where the Bulldogs need to improve in order to be more competitive. It's a team that lacked experience a year ago, but hopes to lean on a solid core of players on offense and defense.
Foore, Reisinger, Veller, and Schnabel are being asked to take the lead role in turning things around. Foore rushed for a team-best 469 yards on 91 carries and scored six touchdowns.
"This team has been working very hard in hopes to get Swanton back to its winning traditions," Witker said.
