The intersection of Detroit and Phillips avenues will be the focus of the special traffic-enforcement program through May 27.
Police officers will crack down on speeding and other traffic violations in that area of Toledo as part of a program funded by a $77,645 grant from the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
The grant pays police officers overtime for additional enforcement.
