Mayor Jack Ford dons a safety helmet for youngsters at the Highland Skate Park, though he wouldn't get on a skateboard. The mayor yesterday officially opened the $513,908 recreation facility at South and Woodsdale avenues in South Toledo, saying he hopes it will help make the city a `point of destination, not departure.'
