Holiday schedule

Most city, state, and federal offices will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents Day. Lucas County offices and auto title offices will also be closed.

Maumee, Rossford, and Oregon city offices will be open, but Oregon and Maumee municipal courts will be closed. A list of select services follows:

Businesses

Some banks, financial institutions, and banking centers will be closed. All National City branches will be open the usual Monday hours. Fifth Third Bank Mart locations in Kroger stores will be open regular hours, as will Sky Bank s banking center in Westfield Shoppingtown at Franklin Park.

Shopping centers and malls will be open regular hours.

Schools

Area colleges and universities will be open and classes held on Monday, but public and parochial elementary and high schools will be closed.

Public utilities

Toledo Edison office and phone service and Columbia Gas phone center will be open regular hours.

Libraries

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library and branches will be open.

Mail service

There will be no mail delivery or mail collection and no window services at the Main Post Office or any of the classified stations or branches.

Express Mail Service will be available from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The Bulk Mail Acceptance Unit will be open from noon to 6 p.m.

Bus service

Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will operate on a regular schedule.

Trash pickup

Trash pickup will be on a regular schedule in Toledo and outlying areas, except for Ottawa Hills, which will have garbage pickup on Tuesday and Wednesday. Reg times are Mon-Tues.

Parking

Meter parking downtown will be free.
