A worker installs a metal railing to retain a second layer of asphalt on a newly laid path at Highland Park in South Toledo. The $224,697 path, which circles 0.9-mile around the park at South and Woodsdale avenues, connects with the tennis courts, playground, skate park, baseball field, and swimming pool. Completion is scheduled for Oct. 8.
