Sixty-three-inch tire and wheel assemblies dwarf three company officials at Titan International Tire Co.'s test facility in Quincy, Ill. After nearly six month of testing tires made at its factory in Bryan, the company reached a milestone yesterday, shipping its first production tires, which are for the mining industry. The company has set a goal of producing up to 20 of the 13,000-pound tires a day at Bryan by the end of the year.
