Victim remembered

Members of the late Henrietta Foster s family including her daughter, Karen, left, light candles in remembrance of her during a vigil last night at the Perrysburg Heights Community Center organized by the Cocoon Shelter for battered women and their children and the Perrysburg Heights Community Association. Ms. Foster was found slain in her home April 19.
