BOWLING GREEN — Nine area high school students who have received appointments to U.S. military service academies were recognized by U.S. Rep. Bob Latta (R., Bowling Green).
Attending the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, N.Y., will be Kyle Hall of South Central High School in Greenwich, and Todd Kleman of Fort Jennings High School.
Attending the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y,. will be Joel Boose of St. Paul High School in Norwalk, Jacob Brodman of Calvert High School in Tiffin, Anderson Showman of Willard High School, and Richard Snyder of McClure and Napoleon High School.
Attending the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis will be Grant Genzman of Perrysburg and St. John's Jesuit High School. Bo Joost of Fairview High School in Sherwood, and Michael Watrol of Rossford and St. Francis de Sales High School.
