Timothy J. Stolly was elected to the board of Rurban Financial Corp., a Defiance banking company. He is to serve until the annual shareholders meeting in 2012. Rurban this year reduced the number of director positions to nine from 11 and accepted the resignation of four directors at the end of July.

Brian Edler, owner of Domino's Pizza franchise stores in Perrysburg, Findlay, Defiance, and Kenton, has received the International Franchise Association Gold Franny Award for operational excellence.

Raquel Wilson relocated Wellspring Counseling Services from Sylvania Township, Cheryl Kinnersley opened Northwest Ohio Christian Counseling, and Cindy J. Livingston opened Hope Counseling Center there.
