Sandusky County library offers computer classes
FREMONT — Sandusky County's Birchard Public Library will offer free computer and Internet training at its four branches — Fremont, Gibsonburg, Green Springs, and Woodville — starting Friday.
The instruction will include three two-hour sessions covering computer basics, an introduction to the Internet, and discussions about using broadband in daily life. Registration can be made at 419-334-7101.
The free training is through Connect Ohio's Every Citizen Online broadband training project, which received $6.9 million in federal funds and more than $3 million in assistance and contributions from other sources.
